Understand and be current on the order to delivery process and parts distribution business including inbound processing, remanufacturing, parts returns, and the supply base

Interact with industry experts, industry associations, and internal business partners and demonstrate the ability to assess industry best practices exhibiting effective relationship development and communication and decision making skills

Participate in the latest thinking and engage with cutting-edge technologies in distribution services

Communicate with the other Parts Distribution General Managers responsible for the operations at various locations

Challenges current practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement occurs within regional operations

Responsible for the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), injuries, safety, compliance, customer service and general goals, objectives, and long-term strategy of the distribution facility

Ensure solid operational relationships with wireless carriers

Provide sales and leasing support to the Sales and Leasing Operations team

Oversee the development efforts for new wireless sites

On-going management of facility fiscal performance (Profit and Loss), yearly budget preparation

Managing, coaching, mentoring, developing staff to achieve prescribed objectives

Overseeing the recruitment and new hire process and ensuring/ reinforcing the GENCO teammate culture is being fostered in the facility
